Windows Vista(obviously)
Object Dock
Bumptop (one of my friends sent me his beta code)
Pidgin(its always there, so its basically part of my desktop)
And i dont know where i got the background, its been on my HDD for a long time and i dont know where i downloaded it from.
I know it looks cluttered…but on a 1920×1200 screen, it really isnt
Update:Oct 20. Changed all dock icons and got a new dock background

This is my computer’s desktop.
It has live updating info on the weather, time, date, wireless network, battery, processor and hard drive. Here’s how:
It uses GeekTool (Mac only, Windows users should look at Samurize or Rainmeter). The wallpaper is from Wallbase . The labels are bold and the updating stuff is non-bold Courier New. The 3D dock was turned off with the commands "defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock" (without quotes).
These are the commands:
Weather: See Lifehacker, as Flickr formats this unusually. Change the
"http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=YOURCITYCODE&u=c"
to "http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=YOURCITYCODE&u=f"
and
"(Current Conditions:|C"
to "(Current Conditions:|F" for Fahrenheit.
Time: date +%A\ %B\ %d\ "%l:%M:%S %p"
Network: airport -I | grep " SSID"
CPU: ps -arcwwwxo "command %cpu %mem" | grep -v grep | head -13
HDD: df -hl | grep ‘disk0s2′ | awk ‘{print "/"" free ("" used)"}’
Calendar: cal | sed "s/^/ /;s/$ / /;s/ $ (date +%e) / $ (date +%e | sed ‘s/./#/g’) /"
